1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website of Lauren's First and Goal Foundation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") located at https://www.laurensfirstandgoal.org/ (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 4. Donations and Purchases

Donations: We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made through the Site are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal). By making a donation, you agree to the terms of service of the applicable payment processor. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Merchandise/Books: If you purchase items such as books ("Lauren's Life Lessons," "Homefields," etc.) through links on our Site (directing you to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or PayPal), you acknowledge that these transactions are governed by the terms and policies of those third-party vendors.

5. Events and Liability Information regarding football camps, clinics, and other events provided on the Site is for informational purposes. Registration for such events may require you to sign separate waivers or release forms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific event waiver, the event waiver shall control regarding participation in that event.

6. Third-Party Websites The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site.
